Freewrite: (20 mins) How has gender stereotypes influenced your identity? How has gender socialized you? Self-esteem is part of identity. How we see ourselves. So when doubt is pushed through the media how does it affect you? How does what you think about yourself construct your identity? Bridge Program Survey: Linked on Google Classroom, please fill it out. Bridge is a program between seniors and freshfolk at our school: 1) It's a way to connect with upperclassmen and build confidence and community at AHS 2) You'll connect with seniors and do things like eat lunch together, check in with each other about how school's going, seniors can help with POL's and go to them, check in with each other about grades and how school is going, and potentially do activities outside of school depending on interests. 3) Help solve problems when things arise. What is gender? What is Cultural Anthropology? Cultural anthropology is a branch of anthropology focused on the study of cultural variation among humans.
